The firm’s report states that the programme covered daily legal compliance, employment and HR compliance, and contract compliance.
Jay Chen led a session on common English-language contracts used by export-oriented technology businesses. The training addressed key provisions in confidentiality agreements, sales contracts, distribution agreements, development agreements, purchase agreements and intermediary agreements, together with cross-border compliance considerations.
