Exchange on Hong Kong and cross-border legal services

During the exchange, Dr So discussed topics including Hong Kong’s legal development, its role as an international legal and dispute resolution centre, coordination of rules in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, support for businesses expanding abroad, and the use and governance of artificial intelligence. The discussion also touched on improvements to judicial services.

For Jay, the visit offered an opportunity to listen, exchange views with fellow legal professionals, and deepen his understanding of issues affecting businesses operating across Shenzhen, Hong Kong and other markets. His participation was in a professional capacity as an attendee.
